Our medium-frequency induction furnaces, with a capacity ranging from 10 kg to 200 kg per heat, offer precise alloy composition control. We conduct spectrometry analysis before every pour to guarantee optimal results. Additionally, our manufacturing services include inoculation for SG Iron, degassing, and effective slag removal, all contributing to superior industrial manufacturing standards.

Our in-house heat treatment facilities ensure high-quality manufacturing to achieve the mechanical properties your application demands. We offer a range of industrial manufacturing services, including: Annealing for stress relief and improved machinability, Normalizing for a refined grain structure, Hardening to increase surface hardness, Tempering for balanced hardness and toughness, and Austempering specifically for ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron). Additionally, we conduct hardness testing on every heat-treated batch to guarantee quality.
